Shipping Policy

1. Shipping usually takes 1-2 business weeks depending on geographical location. (International Shipping Time is longer due to Covid-19)

2. We are not responsible to any damaged figures after shipment.

3. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You must contact the shipping provider (USPS) and file a dispute.

4. Items not included with the original retail boxes are Thoroughly inspected and packaged to the highest quality before shipment. 


Return & Exchange Policy

1. Any Returned Items MUST be in its original condition (with original retail box if the item came with it), and tags (Plushies) need to be intact. Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of your approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and will automatically be applied to your debit card or any form of payment used during the original purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed. 

2. Return Shipping and Tax fees will only be provided for exchange items.

3. Stationary Items (Pencils, Pens, Stickers, Stationary Sets, etc.) and Croc charms are NON-REFUNDABLE
